To get there, either take a river shuttle – which runs every 10 minutes – or wait for low tide! The paved road leading to Fort Louvois is 400 meters long (5 minutes on foot). Be sure to bring good shoes, as the road is slippery. Discover the barracks rooms, the gunpowder magazine… Climb to the top of the keep.
